The South Korean and Japanese leaders have expressed hopes for a successful summit between United States President Donald Trump and North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore today.
President Moon Jae In, in a meeting with key aides in Seoul yesterday, said he expected "bold decisions" by the two leaders and a "significant agreement" to be reached to end the hostile relations between the US and North Korea as well as kick-start the denuclearisation of the Korean peninsula.
