Madam Laura He, who hails from China's Sichuan province but is now a Singapore citizen, and her Singaporean husband Koh Chin Yee are behind media platform Xinjiapo Yan. She started writing about Singapore on Weibo, China's version of Twitter, in 2011 as a pastime.
