Rescue workers at the site where a train derailed in Yeosu, South Korea, yesterday. The overnight train, which left Seoul late on Thursday, derailed at 3.40am, killing an engineer and injuring eight others, railway operator Korail said. The accident happened on a section of track undergoing maintenance. The train's second engineer was seriously hurt and remains hospitalised, while seven passengers suffered minor injuries.
