SEOUL - With more than 40 memorandums of understanding (MOUs) signed and US$36 billion (S$47.6 billion) worth of cooperation and investment deals announced, South Korean President Yoon Suk-yeol’s four-day state visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) is widely deemed a huge success.
But there is a big gaffe that experts say has overshadowed his achievements.
