Fan Huixiang was diagnosed with late stage adenocarcinoma - a type of cancerous tumour - at her thoracic vertebrae in June.

But her illness did not stop the 25-year-old from having her wedding in a hospital in Zhengzhou, Henan province on Monday.

She and her husband Yu Haining, 24, held their ceremony at the hospital after a five-year relationship, local media reported.

With her father in attendance, the coupled tied the knot as hospital staff and residents looked on.
