SEOUL (AFP) - A high-level North Korean delegation led by a hawkish military general has arrived in the South to attend the closing ceremony of the Winter Olympics, Seoul said on Sunday (Feb 25).

The eight-member delegation led by Kim Yong Chol crossed the heavily-fortified border into the South on Sunday morning, a spokesman for Seoul's unification ministry said.
