TAIPEI – At least twice a month, Indonesian caregiver Ratih Yulianti makes her way to Taipei Main Station.
Unlike most of the other people zipping through the massive transport hub of Taiwan’s capital, she is not about to hop on a train, bus or subway ride to her next destination.
