Singapore's Emeritus Senior Minister Goh Chok Tong catching up with his old friend, Mr Vincent Siew, honorary chairman of the Cross-Straits Common Market Foundation, on the sidelines of the Boao Forum for Asia Annual Conference last Saturday. Mr Siew, who was invited to the China-led conference for government and business leaders, was vice-president of Taiwan from 2008 to 2012.
