Earthquake of 5.9 magnitude strikes off north-east coast of Japan: Report

TOKYO (Reuters) - An earthquake measuring 5.9 magnitude struck off Japan's north-east coast on Monday. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
The quake was 80km deep and centred 132km north-north-east of Hachinohe, Honshu, the United States Geological Survey said.
