Clearer idea of North Korea's plan

If diplomacy is a game of cards, then North Korea revealed a fair bit of its hand with its recent threat to reconsider a high-stakes summit with the United States, slated to be held in Singapore on June 12.

While US officials have made it clear they want "complete, verifiable and irreversible dismantlement" (CVID), Pyongyang has so far not spelt out what it means by its vague pledges to denuclearise.
