China to rely even more on Belt and Road, Greater Bay Area, amid trade spat with US

HONG KONG - China's reliance on the Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) as well as the Greater Bay Area is expected to increase as the ongoing trade conflict with the United States escalates, said observers.

This may bring a little relief to Hong Kong - whose fortunes are closely linked to that of China - as the city looks to the BRI and bay area to drive future growth.
