SYDNEY - In Albert Park, a leafy suburb on the outskirts of the city centre of Melbourne, a 15-storey office tower served until recently as the headquarters of Australian Unity, a 183-year-old firm that offers banking, insurance and retirement services.
But this 1970s building no longer contains any offices or corporate workers.
