Lawmakers fight to strip Cosby of medal

WASHINGTON • A bipartisan group of United States lawmakers was set to introduce legislation on Friday that provides President Barack Obama authority to revoke the Presidential Medal of Freedom granted to actor Bill Cosby, who has admitted to drugging women.

Hospital demolished with staff still inside

BEIJING • Workers partially demolished a Chinese hospital in Henan province with several doctors and a patient still inside, burying bodies in its morgue under rubble, the media reported yesterday.
