US President-elect Donald Trump being greeted by the Azalea Trail Maids, high school seniors chosen as unofficial ambassadors of the city of Mobile, Alabama, as he arrived there on the final stop of his thank-you rally on Saturday. In an hour-long speech to his supporters, the Republican spent most of his time focusing on his victory. He lost the popular vote by more than 2.5 million votes, but still won 306 Electoral College votes, when he needed 270. The 538 electors will gather today to formally confirm his win over Democrat Hillary Clinton.
