Trump brings toddler lookalike on stage

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump, campaigning in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, welcomes a toddler lookalike onto the stage who says he wants to stay with Trump.

PENNSYLVANIA (REUTERS) - Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump welcomed a very young supporter onto the stage during a campaign speech in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on Monday (Oct 10).

The boy was dressed in a dark suit with a red tie, and had a distinguished mane resembling that of Mr Trump's.

Mr Trump was railing against his opponent Hillary Clinton when an aid brought the child onto the stage mid-speech.

 

Mr Trump asked the boy if he wanted to go back to his parents, or stay with the Republican candidate on stage, to which the toddler replied,:"Trump."

A Reuters-Ipsos poll had Mrs Clinton leading by five points on Friday.
