An emotional Jeb Bush announcing the suspension of his presidential campaign with his wife Columba by his side at the Hilton Columbia Centre in Columbia, South Carolina, on Saturday. Another humbling primary defeat, this time in South Carolina, marked the end of the road for the 62-year-old's presidential dreams and the prospects for a third member of the Bush family in the White House. The withdrawal of Mr Bush, once deemed the front runner with a famous name, political pedigree and deep-pocketed donors, meant the field of candidates for the Republican presidential nomination has been whittled down to five.
