British Airways Flight 2276 was at McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas en route to London when its left engine caught fire. All 159 passengers and 13 crew members were evacuated. The blaze was quickly put out by some 50 firefighters who rushed to the site within minutes, along with other emergency vehicles. British Airways said the fire was caused by a "technical issue".
