Strong 5.8-magnitude earthquake strikes south of Mexican capital

MEXICO CITY (AP) - A strong earthquake has been felt in Mexico City, shaking buildings. The U.S. Geological Survey said the quake had a magnitude of 5.8 and struck at 519 GMT (1.19pm Singapore time) on Sunday about 122km south of the Mexican capital. The epicenter was 22km west of the town of Jolalpan.
