Thailand's forensic officers inspecting confiscated African elephant tusks at the Customs Department in Bangkok yesterday. Thai customs seized a shipment from Nigeria of 31 pieces of smuggled elephant tusks weighing 148kg, with an estimated value of 15 million baht (S$624,000), an official said.
