Police in Mitcham, south of London, are looking for a man who stole drinks from a grocery store, while riding a self-balancing two-wheeled scooter, also known as a hoverboard.

Camera footage posted on Facebook on Thursday (Dec 10) showed the man in a grey tracksuit, gliding into the shop and nonchalantly leaving with a carton of energy drink Lucozade without paying.

Two other customers were seen walking behind him.

The Metropolitan Police Service has appealed to the public to contact them should they have any information on the man.
