Ukraine PM says Russia bears 'responsibility' for trolleybus attack

KIEV (AFP) - Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk said on Thursday that Russia bore responsiblity for the shelling of a trolleybus in Donetsk that killed at least 13 people and that Kiev blamed on pro-Kremlin rebels.

"Russian terrorists again committed a horrible act against humanity," Yatsenyuk said in statement published on the government's website. "And responsiblity for this is borne by the Russian Federation."
