BRUSSELS (REUTERS) - President Barack Obama and Nato Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Monday (April 4) they had discussed how Nato can help train and assist troops in Iraq, Jordan and elsewhere fighting ISIS militants.

"This is obviously a tumultuous time for the world. Europe is the focal point for a lot of these stresses and strains in the global security system," Obama told reporters after meeting Stoltenberg in the Oval Office.
