Egging himself on... for charity

A man enduring the smashing of an egg on his head to raise money for charity at the World Egg Throwing Championships in Swaton, Britain, last weekend. Drawing hundreds of competitors and cheering spectators, the event claims a 700-year history. Teams of two line up on the grass to try to throw and catch eggs without breaking the shell. The winning team is the one that completes a catch with no breakage over the farthest distance.
