Creditors unmoved by Greek proposals

INTERNATIONAL creditors gave Greece the cold shoulder after it submitted reform proposals aimed at securing a bailout at the eleventh hour.

Paymaster Germany called the proposals "not substantial", as Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras still refused concessions on key red lines.
