two leaders, in suits but not wearing ties, were at The Plough, not far from the British Prime Minister's residence of Chequers, north-west of London.

"I dropped into The Plough at Cadsden for a pint of IPA and some fish and chips with China's President Xi," Mr Cameron tweeted afterwards, along with a photo of himself talking to Mr Xi and in which hunting guns could be seen hanging on the wall behind them

The pub's landlord, Mr Steve Hollings, said the two leaders chatted for about three-quarters of an hour and were "extremely friendly".
