Chavez not in coma, responding well to treatment: Brother

CARACAS (AFP) - Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez is not in a coma and is responding well to his cancer treatment in Cuba, his brother said on Saturday.

Mr Adan Chavez said in a statement that "reports that the president is in a coma and that the family is discussing ending care with life-sustaining equipment are totally false." He added that his brother was "responding well to his medical care."
