WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Washington's celebrity panda cub Bei Bei indulged in some summer fun recently, as keepers cooled him off with a hose while cleaning his enclosure.

Video was released by the National Zoo on Wednesday (Aug 3), which shows the one-year-old wriggling with delight as his belly gets sprayed.

It has been viewed more than 126,000 times on the zoo's Facebook page.

"Lately, Bei Bei has been playing in the pools in his exhibit and in the hose when keepers are cleaning," the post read.

The zoo is currently preparing birthday celebrations for Bei Bei, who was born on August 22 of last year.
