SANTA MARIA, BRAZIL (Reuters) - A trip to this shrine in central Brazil to celebrate All Saints' Day cost at least ten pilgrims their lives when part of it caved in on them.
Another four people were hurt in the accident at the grotto in Santa Maria city on Tuesday (Nov 1).
About 50 worshippers were inside the shrine when part of the roof came down on top of them.
Some media reports say the bodies of the dead have all been recovered.
It's not yet clear what caused the collapse.
The site's been closed off pending a full investigation.
