Two white South African men charged after forcing black man into coffin

MIDDLEBURG (Reuters) - A 20-second video of two white South African men forcing a wailing black man into a coffin has been making the rounds online. 

One of the men was seen pushing a lid on his head while the other threatens to put petrol on the casket.

Theo Martins and Willem Oosthuizen appear before a court in Middleburg on charges of assault and kidnapping.

The case has caused outrage in South Africa, where racial divides are still present despite the fall of apartheid 22 years prior.
