Every month, we showcase work from independent Singaporean photographers in "Spotlight". This month, we have Foong Wei Jiet. In his project, "When I Look Up - Lines in the Sky from the Sidewalk", the architect points his camera straight up to the sky, finding distinguishing lines, shadows, and shapes that belie the iconic buildings that everyone would normally recognise.
