Budget statement to be delivered on Feb 25, at 3.30pm

PEOPLE interested in following the Budget 2013 statement will have no lack of opportunities to do so, come Monday.

Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister Tharman Shanmugaratnam will deliver the Budget statement at 330pm on Monday in Parliament.

The Straits Times will have a special live blog to track the Budget's major developments and announcements.

The entire speech will also be streamed live on the Budget website.

There will also be regular updates through social media. Both Straits Times and the Ministry of Finance will be posting updates of the speech through Twitter and Facebook.

The public can get all Budget related tweets using the hashtag #SGBudget.

Those interested in receiving the Budget statement via email may head to the Singapore Budget website (www.singaporebudget.gov.sg) to subscribe to the mailing list to receive the updates.
