Two new Mendaki centres in Pasir Ris and Woodlands will be launched later this month.
The branches will offer all services currently available at the self-help group's Kee Sun Avenue headquarters, and are meant to increase accessibility of services for individuals in the heartlands.
Minister-in-charge of Muslim Affairs Yaacob Ibrahim made this announcement in Parliament on Friday.
The two branches, to be staffed by existing Mendaki workers, will have a special focus on youth outreach and engagement efforts and facilities for workers to participate in training and job-matching opportunities.
