Singapore's national football team landed in Bangkok on Thursday, raring to complete their mission against Thailand in Saturday's second leg of the Asean Football Federation Suzuki Cup final.
The Lions have a 3-1 advantage from Wednesday's first leg in Singapore, and were given a rousing send off by about 30 fans and family members at Changi Airport earlier in the day.
The team were all smiles when they arrived at the Golden Tulip Sovereign Hotel in Bangkok in the afternoon, but they also know that their job is not yet done.
"Nobody wants to miss this game. Every single player can't wait to play," said striker Aleksandar Duric. "We know why we're here. Thailand will not make it easy for us. They will throw everything they have got at us and even provoke us but we know by now that we should keep cool and not commit silly fouls."
The match at the Supachalasai Stadium kicks off at 8pm Singapore time on Saturday.
