Razer's building in the middle of Chai Chee's industial estate seems purely functional and all business from the outside.
But step inside, and dusty industrial greyness gives way to cool minimalist black and neon green for which Razer is famous.
Co-founded by Mr Tan Min-Liang, who is the chief executive, Razer is incorporated in the US. Its Singapore office serves as its regional headquarters.
Its various departments - procurement, research and development, logistics and warehousing - are scattered across various floors.
Gamers who want to create, develop and test the newest and best in gaming accessories will find Razer a hardware heaven.
"We get to play the games we love with the products we create. What better way to work on your passion every day?" said Mr Hilmar Hahn, its product marketing manager.
This year, all confirmed employees were given a free Razer Blade, the company's flagship high-end gaming laptop, for their personal use.
Lunch is catered every day and Dota (Defence Of The Ancients) game nights are staged regularly in the LAN gaming area that dominates the centre of Razer's recreational area.
Employees are free to have a go any time they wish. No one bats an eyelid when a group gathers at the gaming area to duke it out during office hours.
"We don't sweat the small stuff," said Mr Tan.
"We don't have a dress code here because I don't care how my staff dress. I care that they do great work. Honestly, if someone came to the office naked one day, I wouldn't care."
