Fitbit has updated its iconic fitness tracker, Flex. The Flex 2 is 30 per cent smaller than its predecessor, making it an ultra-slim fit for your wrist. Its LED display now uses colour-coded lights to show your progress towards your daily goal.

It is also water-resistant down to 50m, so you can wear it all the time - even while showering or swimming.

Furthermore, with its SmartTrack automatic exercise-tracking technology, it is able to detect your pool swims, as well as your runs, walks and aerobic workouts.
