STAR WARS BATTLEFRONT
This latest Battlefront is a reboot of the early 2000s series, and sees massive multiplayer battles - up to 20 versus 20 - that allow fans to re-enact some of the pivotal battles in the Star Wars movies, such as the Battle of Hoth.
HALO 5: GUARDIANS
Halo 5 follows the arcs of Master Chief's Blue Team and Fireteam Osiris led by Spartan Jameson Locke, as they deal with the hostile synthetic intelligence Cortana. The Warzone mode has been lauded for its flexibility and large scale.
CALL OF DUTY: BLACK OPS III
Black Ops III preserves the Call of Duty series' signature high-octane blend of fast-paced combat and an engaging, sci-fi military storyline.
It also introduces a smoother momentum-based movement system.
EVOLVE
Evolve's signature game mode is its unique multiplayer model, in which four Hunters have to destroy an ever-evolving, ever-growing Monster that is controlled by a fifth player. The Monster starts off weak but becomes formidable later on.
TOM CLANCY'S RAINBOW SIX SIEGE
This is the first title in the series to have only an online mode. It has been praised for its versatility, as players can create their own paths by blowing up ceilings and floors with explosives, and rappel down the side of a building.
