Police seek help in outrage of modesty case

The police are looking for a Chinese man to help with investigations into a case of outrage of modesty.

The incident happened on an east-bound MRT train on April 17 at about 9.15am. The man was last seen dressed in a light green shirt and dark-coloured pants.
