What happened to subtitles for mio TV's Korean shows?


CAN someone explain why the Chinese subtitles for Korean programmes on mio TV's Channel M (Channel 518) have gone missing since Jan 30?

SingTel's customer care staff say the fault lies with the content supplier, and will need at least one week to fix.

But the problem does not exist for StarHub subscribers; the same programmes do have Chinese subtitles.

Is it possible for a content supplier to provide two different versions of the same programmes at the same time - one with subtitles and another without?

I hope the problem can be fixed immediately.
