SGH's caring staff

I WAS scheduled for an abdominal CT scan on the morning of Dec 4 at the NCC. However, this coincided with another appointment I had at the Singapore General Hospital's (SGH) Clinic A.

I called the clinic and senior nurse manager N. Jaro told me to go for my scan with no worries as she would take care of my appointment.

My scan was completed only at 1.30pm and I went to Clinic A to find that Ms Jaro had come through. The doctor, Dr Jaufeerally, was waiting for me and completed the consultation despite the fact that it was his lunch time.

I thank SGH for having such caring staff who go out of their way to help and allay the anxieties of a patient.
