Redelivery of bulky parcels essential for seniors
I WAS not at home to receive an overseas package a few weeks ago. When I called SingPost to arrange for a redelivery, I was told that SingPost no longer provides this service.
With the growing number of seniors living alone, I believe this is a much needed service, especially for bulky items.
I hope SingPost will rethink its decision and reinstate the service.
