How much in subsidies do EC buyers get?

WOULD the Government let the public know how much imputed subsidy in land cost the buyer of the $2.05 million presidential suite at CityLife@Tampines would receive ("Tampines EC 'presidential suite' to be priced at $2.05m"; last Thursday)?

As a taxpayer, I am deeply concerned about the inequitable distribution of subsidies.

Also, it seems to me that nimble and fleet-footed developers are dancing circles around our Government, whether in the executive condominium or the Design, Build and Sell schemes.
