Senior-friendlier Gardens, please

ON A recent visit to Gardens by the Bay, I spotted a sign for the Garden Cruiser buggy which read: "Adults and Senior Citizens: $5"

It told me two things: That senior citizens are not adults, or are considered to be different from adults; and that they get no concession for the buggy ride.

Such a sprawling attraction makes it hard for seniors to explore on foot.
