Lose-lose outcome for 3G subscribers


I FEEL short-changed as a subscriber ("All three telcos fined for poor 3G coverage"; last Friday).

When the coverage is poor and service disrupted, subscribers suffer but must still pay the monthly subscription.

When the outcome of the investigation is established, the relevant authority fines the service provider.

So, how are subscribers compensated?
