Work-life harmony stable among Singaporean employees: MSF
THE state of work-life harmony in Singapore has remained stable over the past six years, said the National Work-Life Harmony Study conducted by the Ministry of Social and Family Development (MSF).
But the survey also showed that more can be done to boost work-life culture in the workplace.
The study, a follow-up to the first study in 2006, involved 1,650 respondents, and was conducted in partnership with the School of Family Life of Brigham Young University in the United States.
Singapore's work-life harmony score for this year was 63, with 0 indicating "no harmony" and 100 indicating "total harmony".
