Universal Studios should copy Disney park to alleviate long queues
MY FAMILY enjoyed the popular rides at Universal Studios Singapore. We bought the fast pass tickets to save time queuing for each ride.
But it can take as long as three hours to get onto a popular ride with a regular ticket. DisneySea in Tokyo has a system worth emulating, whereby a visitor is given a time to turn up for a ride. This helps visitors use their time more efficiently to enjoy the rest of the theme park, instead of wasting it queuing.
The fast pass ticket should stay, for those who are willing to fork out more.
