Don't let such cheats get away with it

I AM aghast at the reported action of a Lucky Plaza retailer who cheated (there is no other word for it) a tourist ("That will be $10,103 for er... two iPhones"; Nov 26).

Sterner action and measures need to be taken against such unscrupulous retailers. Their business licence should be suspended to send a strong message of zero tolerance for cheating. In fact, a prison term should also be considered.
