Help a maths tutor out, release past-year questions

PAST-YEAR questions from the N, O and A levels are easily available for students taking the respective examinations, in the form of the 10-year series. So, why is the Ministry of Education secretive about the questions that are set for the Primary School Leaving Examination (PSLE)? There should be an equivalent 10-year series for the PSLE.

I am a part-time mathematics tutor and my experience informs me that the 10-year series of exam questions is a good tool for students to practise the variety of questions they are likely to face. It also provides good revision exercises to prepare students for their exams, thereby helping to reduce their stress.
