Suburban apartments lead Oct's price growth for resale homes
Prices of completed non-landed homes in Singapore have risen 1 per cent last month, fuelled by price increases of suburban apartments.
This is based on October's flash figures from the Singapore Residential Price Index (SRPI) earlier today.
The statistics are compiled by the National University of Singapore, and track a basket of completed non-landed projects.
Resale prices of suburban homes climbed 1 per cent, the same change recorded for September.
