Singapore's October factory output up 3.3 per cent from September

Manufacturing output grew 3.3 per cent in October from the previous month, the Economic Development Board said today. This reversed a three-month sequential decline in factory production.

However, the figure was 2.1 per cent lower than the same time last year. Excluding biomedical manufacturing, factory output in October grew 2.3 per cent from September and 0.6 per cent from the preceding year.
