StarHub explains mobile plan scheme


WE THANK Ms Joanna Ee for her feedback ("Telco changed re-contract terms without telling customers"; Tuesday).

Our existing customers can upgrade their mobile handsets after completing 12 months of their 24-month mobile service plan. However, we would advise our customers to re-contract from the 21st month of their existing plan to avoid incurring an early re-contract fee.

We apologise that this was not explained explicitly to Ms Ee when she visited our shop at Tampines Mall.
